In-School Sales
Our second fundraising program is our most popular and most profitable. This program generates a 40% profit – that’s more than $3.50 for every bookmark sold! Two options are available. These programs can be run individually or you can combine them for greater flexibility throughout the year.
Option 1 - Flyer
Step 1. |
Download and print our sample order form or use available graphics and design your own. Remember to include in the letter your deadline when the orders are to be returned to you. Distribute the order form to all students. |
Step 2. |
The Coordinator collects the order forms and money by the designated due date. |
Step 3. |
Coordinator contacts us with the total bookmarks and colors needed (note: the minimum order must be 12 bookmarks) |
Step 4. |
mark-my-time will inform your coordinator as to the total due. The coordinator cuts a single check for the total due. |
Step 5. |
mark-my-time ships the order to your school address and covers standard shipping charges! |
Step 6. |
The coordinator distributes the bookmarks. |
Option 2 – School Sale/Event
Step 1. |
The fundraising coordinator contacts us to place an order for an initial quantity of bookmarks that will be displayed for sale. This could be at a book fair, back to school curriculum night, school spirit store or school library store. A minimum of one case pack (4 each of our three colors, neon blue, neon green and neon purple) is required. You will be invoiced for the initial order and the coordinator must provide a credit card or school purchase order and a date for the event. mark-my-time covers standard shipping charges. |
Step 2. |
Display and sell the bookmarks at your event. If you run out of inventory, take orders for any additional bookmarks needed. Coordinator contacts mark-my-time to place final fulfillment order. Have quantities by color, purchase order or credit card number ready. mark-my-time covers standard shipping charges. |
